Day -3, Lunch – Say Goodbye to Fast Food!

I went through the list of all the available “bad for you” lunch options before finally settling on probably the worst one… Taco Bell! Despite being within walking distance of my office, I rarely go to Taco Bell (maybe 3 times in the past 3 years). So it’s usually a guilty pleasure when I do.

Today’s lunch was 2 Fiery Nacho Doritos Tacos and a Beefy Frito Burrito. To add insult to injury I even added a full sugar soda (Some sort of Orange Mountain Dew which was delicious!)

To balance out the guilt, I also place an Amazon order for some new Asics cross trainers and tub of ON Protein.

protein powder for quite some time now. I like the all natural, grass fed whey powders, but they’re so expensive. Over the next 12 weeks I don’t plan to need more than one serving of protein powder per day so this tub should last me about a month. If I like it I probably buy the 5 pound tub next time.
