Day 16, The sloooow grind of rest day…

I’m determined to blog at least once/day during these 12 weeks, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll have something interesting to write about for each of these posts. Today has been very slow but now that 3pm has arrived and I’m treating myself to a combat crunch bar, I can see the end of the work day in sight.

I’m one workout away from running out of BCAA powder so I went and bought more on my lunch break today. They had a sale on BCAA + Glutamine so I decided to try it. Since I work out in a fasted state the recommendation is 10g of BCAA 10 minutes prior to working out and every 2 hours after working out prior to the first meal of the day (which for me is only once).

Jeez, this is boring. But at least I blogged about something!
