Day 42 – Did I mention that I gave up?

Yeah, I did. It really wasn’t the fault of 16/8 intermittent fasting. I still think that style of eating is really conducive to weight loss. But my heart wasn’t in it. I used my fasting time as an excuse to not prepare any food for the day and ended up eating crap for lunch and dinner thinking that I was still under in calories. Eventually I started eating breakfast. And now I’m in full-on “don’t give a fuck because it’s the holidays but secretly hate the fact that I feel fat in my clothes” mode.

I think I need to reprogram my thinking before I reprogram my eating. Lets see if I can make that happen in the next couple of weeks while I have some time off…
